Katrin o' Clan - Burra Bear

Our good friend Wendy from Burra Isle up in Shetland is always keen to show her support, and knows what a good job we do at finding forever homes for her unique Burra Bears - the original Shetland teddy bear. This time, it's beautiful Katrin o' Clan (birthday of 01 February 2023) who's looking to be adopted. Wendy appreciates the skill and effort involved in crafting Fair Isle jumpers - with the careful choice of pattern and blending of the colours - and thinks it's a crime to throw away any Fair Isle jumper when it can become an adorable keepsake to be appreciated everyday. Katrin o' Clan is inspired by the Clan purple (of course!), is approximately 11 inches tall, uses specially designed Fair Isle fabric, is knitted locally using 100% Shetland wool and filled with re-cycled wool scraps.
